Private Dog Training Lessons

Some dogs do best with focused, one-on-one attention. Private dog training lessons may address concerns such as leash pulling, jumping on guests, door manners, barking at triggers, obedience, and working around appropriate distractions.

In-home and facility-based sessions may be available for Lambertville residents depending on the selected program, your dog’s needs, scheduling, and current availability. Owners receive one-on-one coaching and guidance for continued practice between visits.

Board and Train Programs

Board and Train provides an immersive training experience in which your dog stays with a professional trainer for one or two weeks of structured obedience work. Eligibility depends on your dog’s age, health, behavior, and training needs.

1-Week Freedom Board & Train: Focuses on recall, sit, place, and everyday manners involving greetings, doors, gates, and meals. Dogs requiring aggression, anxiety, reactivity, or behavior-modification work do not qualify for this option.

2-Week Board & Train: Focuses on practical obedience, loose-leash walking, heel, recall, place, greeting manners, door manners, play, and responses around distractions. The standard program is primarily designed for obedience and may not be appropriate for dogs with significant behavioral concerns.

Owners receive a transfer session covering the commands, handling, and continued practice. Boarding arrangements and drop-off and pickup details are confirmed directly with the team.

Step 1: Initial Consultation

Step 2: Program Recommendation

Based on that conversation, the team may recommend private lessons, an obedience program, Puppy Training Consultation, Basic Marker Mastery™, Board & Train, or behavior-focused training. Some programs have specific age, health, and behavior requirements.

What Lambertville-Area Customers Say

Rated 5 out of 5

What a great experience we had with our trainer Zeke! From the two week board and train that my 3 year old pit went to , to the advanced lessons we had with my 1 year old German Shepard Dixie. We received pictures, videos and written messages from him NIGHTLY! Always a very quick response from him when we asked questions or needed help in any way. We have gained SO MUCH knowledge and understanding of our dogs! Both of our dogs are very well trained and very responsive to the e-collar that Zeke introduced us to! I would recommend him to anyone over and over again! Thank you for giving us our wonderful babies back, very well trained! I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else! Way to go Off Leash K-9!!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It was easy to set up to have my dog board for the 2 week training.  I was set up with trainer Lexi she did an amazing job with my Belgian Malinois. He was very much a handful at home. After day one video I was amazed at how he placed on a big flat Cart at Lowes. Each day there after was such great progress. He had some triggers and now he minds his business. Highly recommend off the leash k9. If your on the fence on what to do and where to go. You should look no further you won’t regret it.  Thank you so much Michelle and Lexi.
